During your staying you have the opportunity to visit several other beaches on the island.
- Apella is the most popular beach of the island, which is listed among the top beaches in Greece. The beach is surrounded by high mountains, steep cliffs, giant rocks and several pine trees offering their shade to visitors. Apella beach is one of the best places in Karpathos for diving and snorkeling.
- Achata is the beach between Kyra Panagia and Pigadia at the East side of the island and is located in a valley surrounded by trees and rocks. Achata is a quite beach with white pebbles and sand. The water of the sea has an amazing emerald green colour. There is a big rock into the water, great for diving and snorkeling. Several caves around offer great opportunity for snorkeling and exploring as well.
- Other popular beaches of the island is Amoopi, Lefkos, Diakoftis, Christou PIgadi, Agios Nikolaos, Agios Minas and many others for all tastes.

Kyra Panagia beach Karpathos - For windsurfing lovers the beaches near the airport at the North side of the island are ideal. In Makris Gialos beach or Chicken Bay there is Karpathos Surf Club where you can rent surfboard and other surf equipment or get surfing courses. The little village of Afiartis is playing host for the worlds speed windsurfing cup.
